WestCAMP, Inc. is a charitable non-profit 501(c)(3) organization focused on improving the quality, competency and productivity of manufacturing firms in Utah and throughout the U.S. WestCAMP is the founding sponsor of the National Centers of Excellence. Mike Alder, Chairman of the NCOE, is also the current chair of WestCAMP, Inc. He served as director of the Utah Center of Excellence program for five years during which time the program received national prominence . WestCAMP will exercise a strong leadership role in the initial organization and operation of the National Centers of Excellence.
National Affiliates
Manufacturing Extension Partnership of Utah - MEP Utah is a division of WestCAMP, Inc. and is part of the National Standards and Technology network of MEP centers operating throughout all 50 states. MEP Utah supports the goals and objectives of NCOE and will help integrate some of its services and resources into the NCOE.
National Best Practices Institute - The National Best Practices Institute is a new division of WestCAMP, Inc. Its focus is to facilitate access to and interaction with world-class management tools and other resources regarding best practices for sustainable, continuous improvement in organizational performance. NBPI will be a strong affiliate partner with NCOE on several projects, services, and activities. Learn more about the NBPI on this website.
