Chair
G. Michael Alder - NCOE is fortunate to have as its founding board chair G. Michael Alder. Mr. Alder is currently the CEO of Biotechnology Association of Alabama, and also chairs WestCAMP, Inc., a non-profit involved with improving manufacturing, including the operation of the Manufacturing Extension Partnership of Utah. Mr. Alder was the chair of the Utah Center of Excellence program for 5 years and helped bring that program to national prominence.

Staff
Initially NCOE has no paid staff members. It relies on the support of strategic partners for most of its staff functions, and is paying for contract assistance as needed.
